The Spanish Buffet

Right now we are two paella cooks who are associated to cook paellas at different Welsh and
Southwestern festivals in the UK. On this occasion I will have to make the paellas at the festival. My
name is Toni and I am from Valencia where the paella is from, since I was a child I was with my
grandfather, a paella master, observing and then cooking paellas and it is a passion that I have
inside. I hope to be part of the different traders that will be there.
